Junction 14, Mayfield is excited to launch an exciting new ๐’๐ญ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž.ย This programme has been launched in conjunction withย Customer Experience Excellence Ireland and Kildare & Wicklow Education and Training Board. Theย highly tailored training will give each of our (140) staff memberโ€™s a much greater ability toย connect with customers, as commuters return to work, and people and start to use the motorwaysย in larger numbers again.

Speaking on the programme Human Resource Officer with the Lidon Group, Tiernan Gorman stated that โ€œCustomer Experience represents the peak point in the battle for the hearts and minds of the modern customer. At Junction 14, Mayfield it is our mission to be a planned unique destination of choice and offer the highest quality customer experience.โ€

Site Manager Gavin Moran added โ€œJunction 14 Mayfield are committed to constant improvement and recognise the importance of staff training. We take great pride in the training and development programmes that we offer our new and existing staff, giving them all the necessary tools and skills to grow within our company, with many of them getting to managerial positions over time.โ€

โ€œServing the customersโ€™ needs and being able to provide them with what they want is key toย achieving sustainable success. As we go forward into 2022, with a wide range of foodย & beverage brands and with our seating areas open again, we wanted to help the team to better understand the importance of maximising the Customer Experience at Junction 14 Mayfield thatโ€™sย why the training programme is so important at this time Company Director Liam Fitzpatrick said.
